Returns/Refunds Policy

Non-Transferable: Tickets purchased are
strictly for personal use and are non-transferable
unless authorised in writing by the event organiser. The
resale of tickets is prohibited.

No Refunds: Tickets, once purchased,
cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified, except in
case of event cancellation or postponement as determined
by the event organiser.

Cancellation Protect: If the event
offers cancellation protection (as applicable), the
ticket can be refunded under specified conditions,
provided the cancellation request is made within the
allowed window.
Promotions and Offers
Any promotional offers or discounts, such as the Early
Bird Offer, are subject to change at the organiser's
discretion and may not be applicable to tickets purchased
before the offer was announced. Tickets purchased during
promotions or discounts are subject to the specific terms
of that offer.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will provide
a refund or an alternative arrangement as per the event
organiser's instructions. However, any non-refundable
charges, such as booking fees, will not be refunded. You
must follow any specific instructions provided by the
event organiser in such cases.
No cancellations will be accepted once a ticket purchase
is confirmed. We strongly encourage you to confirm your
plans before purchasing tickets.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are allowed under the following
conditions:

A transfer request must be submitted at least 7 days
prior to the event.

The ticket holder must contact us via email at Company
E-Mail as mentioned above, with the following details:
- Full name of the original ticket holder
- Full name of the transferee
- Ticket number or booking reference
- Additional relevant details as requested

The organisers reserve the right to reject a transfer
request if it does not meet the above criteria or if the
request is received after the cut-off period.
QR Code for Entry
A Unique Ticket ID will be sent to your registered email
address upon successful ticket purchase. The Unique Ticket
ID is required for entry into the event. It is the
responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the Unique
Ticket ID is available (either printed or digital) and
presented at the event entry point.
Failure to present the Unique Ticket ID may result in
denied entry. If you encounter any issues or do not
receive your Unique Ticket ID, please contact us at

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to adhere to all
event-related policies, including behavioural
guidelines, safety protocols, and security measures.

The organisers reserve the right to amend or update
these policies at any time without prior notice, as
deemed necessary.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force
majeure events such as natural disasters or government
regulations), the organisers may reschedule or cancel
the event. Ticket holders will be notified promptly of
any changes, and options for refunds or rescheduling
will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
